RAMPTECH® Cummins ISB 02



RAMPTECH® Cummins ISB 02 is used in many GSE applications such as Tow Tractors, GPUs, PCA Units and various airport maintenance and service vehicles.

The QSB series engines are tier II stage 2 compliant and come in various horsepower ratings and configurations. RAMPTECH® has recently added this product offering for CPL 8136 model years 2002–2006.

RAMPTECH® engine builders utilize torque plating methods for boring and honing to ensure block straightness, which reduces break-in time. In addition, RAMPTECH® engine builders use OEM or equivalent pistons, rings, bearings, valves and gaskets, making sure that this engine will stand the test of time.


All of RAMPTECH® Complete Drop-In Engines are 100% dyno tested prior to shipment. Computer controls ensure that each dyno test is conducted under standard, repeatable settings. Every engine is run through a warm up cycle, three separate loading segments simulating light, medium and heavy throttle conditions, maximum torque and horsepower tests, both high and low idle tests, and a black light leak detection test with dyed oil, coolant, and fuel.

Base engine consists of a complete remanufactured block fitted with remanufactured cylinder heads. No bolt on items or accessories. No tin wear. No manifolds.
